1. The gist
We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your locale. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. Analytics are anonymous and aggregated.
2. What we set
Essential (always on)
- sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token — Supabase session cookies. Required to stay signed in.
- prime-locale — remembers your language choice (en / de / fr).
- cookie-consent — records your choice on this banner.
Analytics (off by default until you opt in)
- First-party, privacy-respecting pageview counters. No cross-site tracking, no ad IDs, no fingerprinting.
Live chat
- Crisp — powers the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner so you can ask us a question without leaving the page. Crisp sets a session cookie and a visitor identifier so your conversation stays attached across page loads. No advertising or cross-site tracking. Operated by Crisp IM SAS (France, EU) under their privacy policy. If you don’t want chat cookies, you can clear them via your browser settings or block client.crisp.chat at the network level.
3. What we don’t do
- No third-party advertising cookies.
- No behavioural retargeting.
- No social-media share pixels loaded without your click.
4. Managing your choices
Your browser lets you refuse or delete cookies at any time — just remember that clearing session cookies will sign you out. You can also change your analytics choice by clearing cookie-consent and refreshing the page; the banner will re-appear.
