Prime.lu is built on the shoulders of public datasets. We list every source we use here — what it is, who maintains it, and the licence we attribute it under.
1. Address registry — BD-ADRESSE
Every address page on Prime.lu is anchored on the BD-ADRESSE dataset, the official Luxembourg georeferenced address registry maintained by the Administration du Cadastre et de la Topographie.

5. Notes
Prime.lu adds value on top of these sources — derived valuations, rental yield calculations, address-level pages, narrative context — but we always trace claims back to the original public datasets.
