Your rights
Under the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation, EU 2016/679) and Luxembourg implementing law, you have the right to:
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify — correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase — ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- Restrict — limit how we process your data in specific cases.
- Port — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, for anything based on consent.
How long it takes
We respond within one month of receiving your request. For complex requests we may extend that by up to two months and will tell you why. No charge, unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
